Man Killed In Norwalk I-95 Crash After Colliding With Concrete Barrier A 63-year-old man was killed after crashing into a concrete barrier on I-95 in Fairfield County earlier this week.  Tiofilo Cruz, of the Bronx, New York, was killed just after 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, in Norwalk, Connecticut State Police said.  Cruz was in the left lane of the interstate when for unknown reasons he crossed over onto the right shoulder, where he slammed into the barrier, authorities said.  Paramedics rushed him to Norwalk Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead just before 4:30 p.m.  The crash remains under investigation.  State Police ask …
