The incident occurred in Fairfield County around 3:50 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 7 on Haviland Drive in Trumbull. Chief Greg Sanfanandre of the Long Hill Fire Company said Shaun Bogen, a town highway maintainer and firefighter with the same company, was working his snowplow when he noticed a garage fire.
