'Heartbreaking': CT High School Senior Killed In Crash With Dump Truck
School officials in Connecticut announced to parents that a Fairfield County high school senior was killed in a car crash on Wednesday, Sept. 11. Max Harper, an 18-year-old senior at Staples High School, collided with a fully loaded dump truck on Old Hill Road near Patrick Road as they negotiated a difficult turn in opposite directions, Westport Police said. Several elementary school students became ill last week after allegedly eating THC gummies on a school bus in Fairfield County. The incident took place in Westport. Westport Police Department Lt. A high school in Fairfield County is operating on a delayed start on Monday, Oct. 17 after one of its teachers was killed over the weekend in a crash on I-95 in Connecticut.
