17-Year-Old CT HS Student Killed, 2 Critical Following 3-Vehicle Crash A 17-year-old high school student was killed and two others were critically injured during a three-car crash in Connecticut. The incident took place in Litchfield County around 2:20 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 22 in New Milford on Danbury Road (Route 7) in front of Italia Mia restaurant. An investigation found that a 2006 Infiniti G35 was traveling north on Route 7 in the right lane and a 2022 Hyundai Tucson was attempting to turn left into Italia Mia from the left southbound lane, said Lt. Lee Grabner of the New Milford Police.
