16-Year-Old CT Boy Shot To Death While Playing Basketball With Friends Police are searching for a suspect after a 16-year-old Connecticut boy was shot to death while playing basketball in the driveway of a home. The incident took place around 8:30 p.m., Monday, May 29 on Shelton Avenue in New Haven. New Haven officers responded to a report of the shooting and located Mark Mulongo, of New Haven suffering a gunshot wound, said Capt. Rose Dell, of the New Haven Police.
