Post Office Carjacker Nabbed After Foot Chase In Shelton, Police Say A man was nabbed for allegedly robbing and carjacking an elderly woman at a post office in Fairfield County. The incident occurred on Friday, April 14, at the Shelton downtown Post Office. According to Det. Vehicle Carjacked From Teen Recovered In Fairfield County A Fairfield County teen managed to escape from a car when a stranger jumped in the running vehicle and started to drive away.
