Porch Pirate Wanted For Stealing Package At Norwalk Home Police in Fairfield County are asking the public for help identifying a man who allegedly stole a package from the front porch of a home. The incident, which was caught on video, occurred in Norwalk around 11:45 a.m., Tuesday, May 21 in Norwalk. Norwalk Police said the man was driving a silver Honda.
