Suspects Try Taking Item From Victim After Online Sale In Norwalk, Police Say Authorities in Connecticut are asking for the public's help in finding two attempted robbery suspects who tried forcefully taking an item from a victim after meeting up for a sale conducted over the Internet, police said. CT Resident Robbed At Gunpoint During Meeting For Online Sale, Police Say A Connecticut man was robbed at gunpoint during an alleged armed robbery in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant. The incident took place in Middlesex County around 4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 20 in Middletown. When officers arrived on the scene, they confirmed two people were meeting to buy items that were listed for sale online, said the Middletown Police. The suspect pointed what is believed to be a firearm at the victim and demanded the items.
