The unnamed Stratford resident purchased the winning ticket in Shelton at the Wheels gas station at 18 Old Stratford Road on Tuesday, March 19, according to the Connecticut Lottery. The Fortune $50 ticket offers players 40 chances to win per ticket, lottery officials said. Prizes range from $50 to $4 million.
