New Update: ID Released For Boy Stabbed To Death At CT Elementary School As friends and family mourn the death of a 15-year-Conneceticut boy stabbed to death during an altercation in an elementary school courtyard, police have identified the victim. New Haven County resident Dustin Cecarelli, of North Branford, was found by East Haven Police around 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday, May 23 at Tuttle Elementary School, said East Haven Police Capt.
