The incident occurred in New Haven around 1:55 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 3, at the 7-Eleven at 400 Foxon Blvd. When police arrived, they found a chaotic scene and one person injured from shattered glass, but miraculously no one was shot, said Capt. Brendan Hughes, age 22, of Shelton, was arrested on Friday, July 14, said Lt. Robert Kozlowsky of the Shelton Police. Hughes was charged with threatening and held on a $1,000 bond, Kozlowsky said.
