Man Accused Of Sexually Exploiting Child In Fairfield County, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been arrested for allegedly sexually exploiting a child. Franklin Eaton, of Norwalk, was arrested on Tuesday, March 22 by the Bridgeport Police following a months-long investigation. The investigation began in October 2021 after the family of a child victim received a disturbing letter alleging the child had been sexually exploited by a known person, said Scott Appleby, director of Bridgeport Emergency Management.
