Just before 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 25 in Stamford, officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle on the west side of the city.  The vehicle, which was left running, was stolen from Richmond Hill Avenue. Upon taking the report from the owner, officers learned that the stolen vehicle was occupied by a small service dog. The incident happened around 11:45 p.m. Friday, May 26 in Stamford. A preliminary investigation revealed that a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder was traveling northbound on Houston Terrace when the vehicle drove across all lanes of traffic on East Main Street at a very high rate of speed, the Stamford Police Department said.
