Officials with a hospital conglomerate that was the victim of a weeks-long cyberattack, have informed the state's attorney general's office that 110,000 Connecticut residents had their personal data compromised during the episode. Weeks-Long Cyberattack Brings 3 CT Hospitals To Their Knees
A cyberattack on three Connecticut hospitals affected patient care so severely that many were sitting on the floors of emergency rooms bringing the operation of the group to its knees financially. The attack took place in August and affected Waterbury Hospital in New Haven County; Manchester Hospital in Hartford County, and Rockville General in Tolland County. Cyberattack Targets Bradley Airport's Website
The Bradley International Airport in Connecticut was targeted by a cyberattacker, according to the state’s Airport Authority. Officials announced that there was an external attempt to crash the Windsor Locks airport’s website on Tuesday, March 29, though there was no confirmed data breach.
