'Rarely Without A Smile': Navy Sailor Killed In Groton Crash Remembered For His Faith, Kindness A 21-year-old man who was killed while riding his motorcycle in New London County last week is being remembered for the bright future he lost and the love he shared with his friends and family.  Elijah W.
