CT State Police Seek Witnesses To Rollover Crash On Busy Roadway Connecticut State Police are seeking witnesses to a single-vehicle crash that killed a 28-year-old man. The crash took place in Windham County on Tuesday, Oct. 25 on I-395 in Killingly. According to state police, Dylan Goulet, of Brooklyn, was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe northbound on I-395 in Killingly when for an unknown reason, the Tahoe went off the roadway into a dirt median. Goulet then went across both lanes of the highway and rolled several times. He died from his injuries. Anyone with information regarding this crash is being asked to contact state police at 860-779-4900.
