The Northeast is well-represented in new rankings of the 100 most expensive zip codes in the nation.
Two of the top 10 zip codes according to Property Shark Real Estate Reports are in New York, with both on Long Island, in the Hamptons:
No. 2 Sagaponack (zip code 11962) with a median home sale price in 2023 of $8,075,000,
No. 6 (tie) Water Mill (11976) with a median home sale price in 2023 of $4,500,000.

Podcaster Alex Cooper Says Boston U Soccer Coach Left Her ‘Traumatized,’ ‘Scarred’
Alex Cooper, host and creator of the popular podcast “Call Her Daddy,” revealed she is working through a traumatic experience she had with a coach while playing soccer at Boston University.
In a profile interview with Cosmopolitan magazine, Cooper of Newtown, Pennsylvania, addresses the incident but would not go into detail or name the coach. Instead, the 29-year-old focused on healing, “which I’m proud of myself for.”

Almost three-quarters of Americans think that Boston is one of the safest cities in the country, according to new poll.
It's one of the few things Republicans and Democrats agree on these days.
However, a person's political party is becoming a driving factor in what they consider is safe.
In a Gallup poll, 74 percent of Americans believed Boston was a safe city to live in or visit. The survey looked at 16 of the country's biggest cities. Only Dallas performed better.

Lego Bound For Boston, Bricks Up Connecticut Headquarters
Boston's Back Bay is about to get a little more playful.
The LEGO Group, makers of the beloved interlocking bricks, announced that the company's headquarters for the Americas will relocate from Enfield, in Hartford County, Connecticut, to 1001 Boylston Street, Boston in 2026.
The company announced in January 2023 that it was searching for a new home for its headquarters. After an "extensive" search, the Boylston Street location was chosen for its rich history, central location between Cambridge and Boston, and the region's diverse talent pool.
