3 Students From Universities In Connecticut ID'd As Those Killed In Western Massachusetts Crash Authorities have identified the three people who died following a two-car crash in Western Massachusetts. The victims were identified as Prem Kumar Reddy Goda, age 27, Pavani Gullapally, age 22, and Sai Narasimha Patamsetti, age 22, the Berkshire District Attorney's Office reports. All three were pronounced dead at the scene.  Authorities determined all three were international students from India who were studying in Connecticut at either the University of New Haven or Sacred Heart University in the town of Fairfield. 3 Killed, 5 Injured In 2-Car Crash In Western Massachusetts Town: DA's Office Three people have died and five are hurt following a two-car crash in Western Massachusetts, authorities said. The crash occurred when a northbound Toyota Sienna and a southbound Chevrolet Silverado collided in Sheffield on Route 7 near Pike Road around 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 25, the Berkshire District Attorney's Office reports. Three people inside the Sienna died on the scene. Their identities have yet to be released, according to the office. Western Mass Man Arrested For Shooting That Kills One, Injures Another A man has been arrested for an alleged shooting that killed one and injured another in Western Massachusetts. The incident took place in Berkshire County in Pittsfield on Monday, April 4 on Von Nida Avenue. Laquan Johnson, age 27, of Pittsfield, entered a not guilty plea before being held without bail, said the Berkshire District Attorney's Office. Pittsfield Police responded to a Shotspotter activation at the intersection of King Street and Von Nida Avenue.
