Man, Woman Nabbed After Stealing Vehicle With Service Dog Inside In Stamford: Police A man and woman were apprehended after stealing a vehicle with a service dog inside in Fairfield County. Just before 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 25 in Stamford, officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle on the west side of the city.  The vehicle, which was left running, was stolen from Richmond Hill Avenue. Upon taking the report from the owner, officers learned that the stolen vehicle was occupied by a small service dog. 9 Teens Charged After Large Fight In Fairfield County Nine teens have been issued summonses in connection with a large fight on a city street in Fairfield County. The incident took place in Stamford on Wednesday, Sept. 28 around 12:45 p.m. near the intersection of Broad and Atlantic streets. According to Capt.
