Covid-19: CT Testing Site Shut Down After Threat, Police Say A Connecticut COVID-19 testing site was shut down after a woman allegedly called and threatened to shoot people because of the wait time and bad service. The incident took place in Hartford County around 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 28, in Bristol. Police officers responded to a large parking lot located at 100 North Main St. that was being used to complete on-site COVID-19 tests.  According to Lt.
