Man Found Covered In Blood Dies At CT Hospital; Police Rule It Homicide Update: Police have arrested a 23-year-old man and charged him with the fatal stabbing. Click here for more information.  Police in Connecticut are investigating a homicide after a man covered in blood was found Friday night, Jan. 10, authorities said.  Police were called to the 100 block of Baltic Road in Norwich just after 11:30 p.m. where they found the man. Do You Know Them?: Police Hoping To ID Smoke Shop Robbers Police in Connecticut are asking for the public's help to track down a group of people who robbed a Fairfield County smokeshop earlier this year.  Police were called to S&B Smoke Shop at 1224 Park Ave in Bridgeport just after 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 23.  An employee had chased someone out into the street after they stole several items from the store. Bridgeport Police canvassed the area but were unable to find the suspects. After reviewing surveillance tapes, they believe multiple people were involved in the theft.  Investigators released photos of the suspects in …
