Hunter Dies After Falling From Harwinton Tree Stand: Police A Connecticut hunter was killed early Friday morning, Nov. 22, after they fell from a tree stand, authorities said.  Police in Harwinton are investigating the Terryville Road incident. Authorities were called to the scene just after 10 a.m., State Police said.  The fall remains under investigation, but no more information was released Friday afternoon. Man Dies After Fall While Rock Climbing In Central Mass State Forest A man fell and died on Thursday, July 11, in Leominster State Forest, the Worcester County District Attorney announced.  Little is known as of Thursday night as State Police are investigating the circumstances around the death.
