On Tuesday, June 18, the Stamford Police Department Major Crimes Unit concluded its investigation into New Haven County resident Tyssan Woods of Waterbury for his involvement in three carjackings that occurred during the early mornings of Tuesday, March 26, and Thursday, March 28, in Stamford.  According to Capt. Sharona Debbie Annet Bailey-Bramble, age 34, of Stamford, was charged on Monday, May 13, in Norwalk after police responded to a shots fired call. According to Lt.
