Car Thieves Nabbed After Getting Stuck On Dead-End Road In CT: Police Two 19-year-old men face charges after they were caught in a stolen vehicle following a police chase that ended on a dead-end road in Connecticut.  The arrests resulted from an incident in New Haven County on Thursday, Aug. 24 around 1:15 a.m., when Milford Police officers learned of a vehicle that had been stolen from Gunn Street.  According to Milford Police, an officer on the way to the scene saw the vehicle and tried pulling it over.
