Accused Sexual Predator Nabbed By State Police In Hudson Valley An accused sexual predator from Connecticut is behind bars without bail after allegedly sexually assaulting a child under the age of 11 years old in the Hudson Valley. Fairfield County resident Patrick Lynch, age 41, of Bethel, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 18 following an indictment for predatory sexual assault of a child, by an Orange County grand jury, said Trooper Steven Nevel of the New York State Police. The incident took place in Westport on Thursday, June 30 at the TD Bank located at 185 Main St. Officers responded to the bank on a report that a man was attempting to receive a debit card by impersonating the real account holder, said Lt.
