Teen Duo Accused Of With Making Fake Bomb Threat At CT Movie Theater
Two Connecticut teens have been charged with allegedly calling in a bomb threat to a movie theater.
The two New Haven residents, identified as Christian Cuomo, age 18, and Tyvon Torres, age 19, both of Wallingford, turned themselves in to police on Wednesday, March 22, for the Friday, March 3 incident in Milford.
According to Milford Police, On March 3 around 1:30 p.m., the Cinemark Movie Theater at the Post Mall received a telephone call from an individual reporting to have a bomb and stating he was outside the movie theater.

A man is under police guard at a hospital after he allegedly carjacked and abducted a former girlfriend in Fairfield County.
The incident took around 1;10 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 23 on the property of A.M.R. American Medical Response located at 335 Connecticut Ave., in Bridgeport, said Capt. Kevin Gilleran of the Bridgeport Police.
Gilleran said the victim, a 22-year-old Bridgeport woman, and the suspect, New Haven County resident Bradley Doyle, age 22, of Milford, are both A.M.R. employees and were previously involved in a short dating type relationship earlier this year.

A Milford man is facing charges after allegedly sending threatening text messages to a Deputy US Marshal.
Hamilton Smith, age 57, is charged with sending threats to harm and kill both a Deputy US Marshal and their family, the US Attorney's Office for the Connecticut District announced on Friday, Jan. 13.
