12-Year-Old CT Girl Killed In Drive-By Shooting, 3 Others Wounded, Police Say A 12-year-old Connecticut girl was killed during a drive-by shooting that injured three others. The shooting took place in Hartford around 8:40 p.m. on Thursday, April 20 at 48 Huntington St., said Lt. Aaron Boisvert, of the Hartford Police. Hartford police responded to the area on a ShotSpotter activation that recorded numerous bullets had been fired, Boisvert said. CT Man Stabs Himself In Neck As Cops Try To Arrest Him For Carjacking, Police Say A Connecticut man who was being pursued following a carjacking repeatedly stabbed himself in the neck as police attempted to take in into custody. The incident began around 3:24 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 2, when Hartford Police were notified by the Farmington Police Department, that two individuals they had active felony arrest warrants for, were operating a carjacked vehicle in the south end of Hartford, said Hartford Police Lt.
