Man, 30, Busted For Weapons At Milford Inn, Police Say A 30-year-old man was busted on weapons charges after police allegedly found him banging on a Connecticut motel room door, police said.  Raquan Brown, of the Bronx, was arrested Saturday, April 13, in New Haven County in Milford when the Milford Police Department received a complaint from the Milford Inn regarding a man with a firearm. Man, 41, Charged With Manslaughter Of Stamford Woman, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been charged with manslaughter in the Sept. 2022 death of his girlfriend following an investigation. Anthony Ray Vines, Jr., age 41, of Stamford, was charged on Friday, Oct. 6 with one count of manslaughter with a firearm for the homicide of Mary Stephanie Guirand.  Guirand was 36 years old at the time of her death, said Capt. The shooting took place on Saturday, May 22, on Avo Street in Stratford in the area of High Park. Police have determined that a stolen Honda CRV, was used during the shooting where a group of juveniles were using the park, said Stratford PD Captain Frank Eannotti.
