Stamford Man Nabbed With 1,600 Folds Of Fentanyl, Police Say Following a weeks-long investigation into the sale of fentanyl and other drugs in Fairfield County, a resident has been charged with allegedly operating a drug factory. Stamford Police arrested Devon Strong, aka "Pook," age 41, for narcotic sales on Saturday, Dec. 30.
