Ex-CT Swim Coach Accused Of Voyeurism A former Connecticut swim coach wanted for voyeurism on an out-of-state warrant was nabbed by US Marshals. Hartford County resident David Laudati, age 41, of Newington, was arrested on Monday, July 29, by the US Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Newington Police Department at his home in Newington. Man Found Dead In CT Stream Was Strangled, Police Say The death of a Connecticut man who was found face down in a stream has been ruled a homicide by strangulation by the state Medical Examiner's Office. The New Haven man, identified as Miguel Rivera, age 62, was found in a stream around 7:10 a.m. on Friday, July 19, in a stream in the area of Hemingway Street.
