Two Children, Grandmother Shot At Fairfield County Apartment Complex, Police Say Police are asking the public for help identifying a man who shot into a  Fairfield County apartment complex injuring two small children and their grandmother. The shooting took place around 5:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30 at the PT Barnum Housing Complex in Bridgeport. The children ages 3 and 7 years old, along with their grandmother, were standing on a balcony of their apartment when four shots were fired in the direction of the building, according to Scott Appleby, director of Emergency Management for the City of Bridgeport.
