Man Nabbed After Causing Disturbance, Damage At CT Restaurant, Police Say A man was charged with alleged breach of peace for allegedly causing a disturbance at a popular restaurant and then jabbing a police officer in the chest. The incident took place in New Haven County in Milford on Tuesday, Oct. 17 at Mexico Tipico. Litchfield County resident Christopher Jordano, age 40, of North Canaan was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 6, for the incident that took place in July at the North Canaan Town Hall.
