Some CT Lottery players are feeling lucky after cashing in big on winning tickets worth six-figure prizes.
In Fairfield County, On Wednesday, Feb. 16, a winning “Lucky for Life” ticket worth $390,000 that was sold at the 24/7 Express on Barnum Avenue in Stratford was cashed in by a Stratford resident who opted not to submit a name, lottery officials announced.
That same day, Norwalk resident Alexandra Polo cashed in a jackpot-winning “$100,000 Cashword 11" ticket that was sold at the In And Out Variety on Main Street in Norwalk.

CT Man Nabbed For Stabbing After Officer Working Crash Sees It Happen, Police Say
A Connecticut man was arrested for allegedly stabbing another man after the incident was witnessed by an officer working a traffic crash, according to police.
New Haven County resident Matthew Romans, age 22, of Ansonia, was arrested around 2 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 25, said Lieutenant Patrick Lynch, of the Ansonia Police.
According to Lynch, an Anonsia police officer was working a two-car crash on Pershing Avenue in the Burger King parking lot when he witnessed an altercation between Romans and man.

A winning $100,000 CT Lottery scratch-off ticket sold at a Connecticut convenience store has been cashed in by one lucky player.
On Wednesday, Dec. 15, New Haven County resident Vanessa Christopher, of Ansonia, cashed in a winning $100,000 "Winter Ice Multiplier" scratch-off ticket that was sold at the Branford Quick Mart on East Main Street.
Later that day, two other CT Lottery players cashed in tickets worth more than $40,000.

A Connecticut man cashed in a near million-dollar CT Lottery ticket that was sold from an area package store.
On Friday, Dec. 3 In Hartford County, Windsor resident Christopher Wujek won a $785,000 “MEGA Multiplier!” CT Lottery ticket that was sold to him at the Deerfield Package on Deerfield Road in Windsor.
Wujek wasn’t the only CT Lottery player to claim six-figure prizes.
