Man Carjacks Victim In Bridgeport, Hands Keys To Tow Truck Driver: Police A man faces charges after allegedly giving a tow truck driver the keys to a vehicle that he had stolen during an armed carjacking in Connecticut, police said.  The arrest stemmed from an incident that began in New Haven County on Saturday, May 27 at 7:40 a.m., when Milford Police received a report from a tow truck driver regarding a suspicious man.
