A late-night fire tore through a Connecticut home this week, sending one person to the hospital and displacing 15 people, authorities said. Hartford firefighters received a 911 call around 4:40 a.m. about the blaze at a multi-family home at 62 Adams Street in the Upper Albany neighborhood. Worcester police say they have located three explosive devices throughout the city since they found the remnants of a small explosion last month. Police learned of the explosion on Wednesday, June 19, at 185 Madison St. They found fireworks, a butane gas can, and projectile materials at the scene, the Worcester County District Attorney's Office said.
