The contents of a Waste Management trash truck ignited near the intersection of Woodward and Neptune Avenues at approximately 11:20 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22, according to Norwalk firefighters. The driver pulled into a parking lot at 145 Woodward Ave., near The Sport Haus and 203 Trading, and dumped the smoldering load to allow firefighters to extinguish it.
