Woman Charged With Elder Abuse At Care Center In Fairfield County A woman who worked as an aide at a Fairfield County care center has been charged with elder abuse after allegedly ignoring a man all night who had fallen out of bed. The incident occurred in Norwalk in November 2023 at the Fairfield Family Care Center. According to Lt.
