19-Year-Old Nabbed For Norwalk Boat Burglaries, Police Say A 19-year-old Fairfield County man has been charged with allegedly breaking into a marina and two boats, stealing tools and alcohol. Christopher McClain, of Redding, was charged on Tuesday, June 11, by Norwalk Police for being one of two men who climbed the fence at the Cove Marina on Friday, May 17, to gain access to the docks.  According to Sgt.
