Norwich Public Worker Hurt In Boiler Incident At Wastewater Plant A Connecticut public utility employee was taken to an area hospital after being injured in an incident involving a boiler, authorities said.  The worker was hurt around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 5, from a methane boiler at a Norwich Wastewater Treatment Plant, according to a public utilities representative. Officials said the utility would investigate the cause and cooperate with any potential state probe.   Paramedics took the worker to William W. Stamford Man Crushed By Food Truck Dies A 31-year-old Fairfield County man who was crushed while working on a food truck has died from his injuries. The incident occurred in Stamford around 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 4, on West Avenue. According to Assistant Stamford Police Chief Richard Conklin, officers found  Jairon Milian-Milian of Stamford trapped underneath a Chevrolet food truck. Milian-Milian had just dropped the transmission on the truck, which allowed it to roll forward, crushing him, Conklin said.
