Know Him? Police Attempting To Identify Man Involved In CT 'Incident' Police in Fairfield County are asking the public for help identifying a man wanted in connection with an "incident."  The Norwalk Police Department is seeking the man's identity who was involved in an incident in Norwalk on Saturday, Aug. 26. Norwalk Police Sgt. Ryan Evarts described the man as a light-skinned Black man, 5-foot-7, 220 to 240 pounds, bald, and clean-shaven. Norwalk resident Nicholas Supple, age 48, was arrested by the Connecticut State Police at his place of work on Saturday, Aug. 31. Troopers were made aware of the threat made during a phone conversation between Supple and a call taker from a Judicial Call Center in Hartford. John Tacconi, age 66, of Norwalk, was charged in Wilton on Tuesday, Aug. 20, on Danbury Road. According to Wilton Police Deputy Chief Robert Cipolla, an officer clocked Tacconi traveling at 60 mph in a 40 mph zone on Danbury Road and weaving in and out of the double yellow line. Monica Duchhi, age 36, of Norwalk, was arrested on Sunday, Aug. 11, on Danbury Road in Wilton. According to Lt.
