30-Year-Old York Mom Killed In US Rt 30 Crash ID'd: Lancaster Coroner A 30-year-old mom woman is dead following a multiple-vehicle crash involving entrapment that closed all lanes of US Route 30 East in part of Lancaster County, authorities announced on Tuesday, June 4.  Dayanara Santiago most recently lived in the 200 block of South Duke Street of York City, according to Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber.
