Luis Adrian Correa-Cabrera, 31, of Hartford, is facing 10 charges after the high-speed incident near Exit 37 in Farmington, according to Connecticut State Police. Robert Mancini, 70, of Fairfield, was involved in the crash on Sunday, Jan. 19, after driving north on southbound lanes of Route 8 near Exit 4 in Bridgeport, according to Connecticut State Police. He had turned 70 just three days earlier. Patricia Shanahan, 58, was taken into custody on Saturday, Jan. 18, around 10:30 p.m., following a slow-speed chase between Exits 2 and 3 on Route 9, Connecticut State Police said. Troopers said they spotted Shanahan driving north in the southbound lanes and stopped their cruiser in front of her vehicle to pull her over.
