The retailer is recalling 366,200 toys that were sold nationwide and online along with the Baby Biceps Gift Set that includes dumbbells with caps that can pop off, creating the hazard. Organized Retail Theft Ring Members Nabbed In Milford Marshalls, Police Say Two alleged professional shoplifters were nabbed by police in a Connecticut Marshalls after police received a tip. The incident occurred in New Haven County on Tuesday, Aug. 27, at the store located at 1413 Boston Post Road in Milford.
