Wanted Arsonist Found Walking In CT: Police A man wanted for starting a fire on the West Coast was found walking along a Connecticut highway on Tuesday, Aug. 27, authorities said.  Robert Parmalee, age 40, of Ritzville, Washington, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant and is expected to be extradited to Oregon, where he is wanted on an arson charge, Connecticut State Police said.  Police stopped Parmalee in Hartford County just after 11 a.m. walking alongside Route 20 in Windsor Locks. Ex-CT Swim Coach Accused Of Voyeurism A former Connecticut swim coach wanted for voyeurism on an out-of-state warrant was nabbed by US Marshals. Hartford County resident David Laudati, age 41, of Newington, was arrested on Monday, July 29, by the US Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Newington Police Department at his home in Newington. According to Matthew Duffy, spokesman for the US Marshals, Laudati is charged in Maricopa County, Arizona, with 11 counts of voyeurism and eight counts of attempted voyeurism stemming from allegations following a September 2023 investigation by the Buckeye Police Department.  Bef…

Man Wanted For Norwalk Child Sex Abuse Nabbed In California, Police Say A man wanted in Fairfield County on two counts of alleged lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 was nabbed in California. Jeffrey Farr, age 74, of San Diego, who Norwalk Police wanted, was arrested by US Marshals and Norwalk officers at his California home on Thursday, July 25. Farr is accused of sexually assaulting a family member, said Sgt. Ryan Evart of the Norwalk Police. Farr was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 and being a fugitive from justice and held on a $400,000 bond. This is a developing story.
