CT Corrections Officer Charged With Murder In Road-Rage Shooting, Police Say A 32-year-old Connecticut corrections officer has been charged with the alleged murder of another man during a road-rage incident. William Lucky Jr., of North Haven, turned himself in to Connecticut State Police on Tuesday, Jan. 23 for the shooting which took place on I-691 on Jan. 14 in Meriden. According to the arrest warrant and information from State Police, Lucky admitted to shooting Middlesex County resident Scott Kracke, age 49, of Middlefield, during a confrontation on the side of I-691 in Meriden after a road rage incident.
