'Beautiful Soul': Family Of Slain CT DOT Worker Grieves As Driver Faces More Charges A 55-year-old Connecticut woman accused of crashing into a state Department of Transportation worker while intoxicated now faces more charges linked to the fatal crash this summer, authorities announced on Monday, Sept. 16.  New Haven County resident Denise Lucibello, of East Haven, is now charged with second-degree manslaughter, the New Haven Judicial District State's Attorney Office said. CT Man Charged In Car Dealership Burglary One of three men wanted in connection with an alleged string of car dealership burglaries across Connecticut in which luxury vehicles were stolen was nabbed following an investigation by numerous police departments. New Haven County resident 21-year-old Quadele Vickers of Ansonia, was charged on Wednesday, Aug. 2 for his involvement in a burglary of Infiniti in Wallingford, said Sgt.
