The incident occurred in New Haven County on Sunday, Sept. 8, in Meriden at Thomas Edison Middle School. According to Meriden Police Sgt. Update: 5 Students Injured In CT School Bus Crash This story has been updated. Five students were transported to a hospital, and 10 were evaluated for injuries following a crash involving a school bus and a truck in Connecticut. The crash occurred in West Haven around 9 a.m., Thursday, March 14 on Campbell Street near Terrace Avenue. New Haven Public Schools spokesperson Justin Harmon said the students on the bus were headed for Benjamin Jepson Magnet School. Student Brings Suspicious Object To School In Fairfield County, Authorities Say A Fairfield County school was asked to shelter-in-place after a student brought a suspicious package to school. The incident took place early Tuesday, Dec. 7, at the Rogers International School on Blachley Road in Stamford. According to Sg.
