Fatal Officer-Involved Shooting Under Investigation In West Haven Police in Connecticut shot and killed a suspect Thursday evening, Sept. 19, near a car wash in New Haven County.  The shooting happened around 5 p.m. near the Splash Car Wash on Boston Post Road in West Haven. CT Man Shot By Police Officers, Charged With Attempted Assault A man shot by two Connecticut police officers has been charged with alleged attempted assault on a police officer after his release from the hospital. New Haven County resident Kyle O’Creene, age 24, of Naugatuck, was arrested on Tuesday, May 7, in Naugatuck. Police Officer Shoots Person During Disturbance At CT Home An investigation is underway after a police officer shot a person during a disturbance at a Connecticut home.  The incident occurred in New London County around 6:20 p.m., Thursday, April 18, on Norwich Avenue in Colchester. CT State Trooper Shoots Knife-Wielding, Evicted Tenant: Police An active, "complex" investigation is underway for an officer-involved shooting, officials say.  A Connecticut state trooper assigned to assist in a court-ordered eviction of a tenant, who lived in the small Windham County town of Brooklyn, shot and injured the tenant on Tuesday, May 9 at approximately 9:35 a.m., according to the Connecticut State Police.  Troopers arrived at the residence on Tiffany Street and reported that the tenant refused to comply with the eviction and was wielding a knife.  One of the troopers shot and injured the tenant during the incident.  Th…
