Breeze Expanding At BDL With Nonstop Flights To Major North Carolina Region Connecticut travelers will soon have a convenient way to get to the Research Triangle region of North Carolina. Breeze Airways is adding new nonstop flights from Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Windsor Locks to Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) near Greensboro, NC. The seasonal service will begin on Friday, June 6. The route will operate twice a week on Mondays and Fridays. Dutchess County resident Noah Michael Thompson, age 17, of Amenia, died Friday, Feb. 10, at Sharon Hospital in Litchfield County, Connecticut, after falling through the ice at the Taconic State Park in the village of Millerton, located in the Town of North East.  Noah was a high school student at Webutuck High School in Amenia and was expecting to graduate this spring, according to his obituary.
