Man Charged In Crash That Kills 22-Year-Old Hanging Out Of Sunroof In Bridgeport A 22-year-old Connecticut man has died following a crash while he was hanging out of the sunroof while standing in the backseat of the car. Windham County resident Miguel Angel Rodriguez, of Willimantic, died on Sunday, June 25, hours after the crash in New Haven County on Derby Avenue in Orange.
